LUCY'S SPOON BREAD | |
2 eggs 1/4 c. oil 1 c. sour cream or yogurt 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 c. creamed corn Blend together by hand, eggs, oil and corn muffin mix. Fold in - do not beat. Add corn. Spray pan. Iron frying pan or cake pan. Bake 375 degrees until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. |
