DIVAN PARISIEN VARIATION 
2 c. cooked chicken, sliced or lg. pieces
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup mix
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Prepare chicken and broccoli. To make sauce add soup mix to sour cream and beat with rotary beater until well blended. Arrange broccoli in shallow casserole in a single layer. Spoon half of the sauce over broccoli. Cover with chicken. Fold whipped cream into remaining sauce and pour over chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese and brown under broiler. Yield: 6-8 portions.
