TANDOORI CHICKEN 
5 lb. chicken pieces
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. red food coloring
3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. fresh ginger
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt

Place chicken pieces in large bowl. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour over chicken, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven uncovered for 1 hour or until done or grill until done, basting with marinade.
