TANDOORI CHICKEN 
8 to 10 pieces chicken
Ginger, about 1 inch
Coriander leaves, a handful
Green chilies, preferably 1
Lemon juice
1 tsp. sour cream

Put ginger, coriander leaves, green chilies and sour cream in the blender along with 1 teaspoon of oil. Put lemon juice in it to blend. Clean the chicken and put salt on it by poking it in with a knife. Marinate the chicken for 24 hours before cooking in the blended matter.

Preheat the oven and bake it for 35 minutes at 425 degrees. Cover the chicken while baking for first 15 minutes. Then uncover it for the last 20 minutes. It tastes good served with salad.
