PECAN SCANDIA | |
1 stick butter 2 egg whites 1 c. sugar 1 lb. pecan halves Melt butter in 250 degree oven in 9"x13" pan. Mix egg whites until stiff. Slowly add sugar until mixed. Pour in pecan halves and stir to coat. Pour nut mixture into pan with butter. Turn oven up to 325 degrees. Bake 35 minutes. Stir and salt every 10 minutes. Just bake the last 5 minutes. Spread on wax paper to dry. |
