TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 head lettuce
2 tomatoes
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 green onions
8 oz. bottle zesty Italian dressing
1/2 of 10 oz. bag corn chips
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning

Brown ground beef, drain well. Let cool. Mix Italian dressing and taco seasoning in a bowl, let stand to blend. Cut up tomatoes and green onions in a large bowl. Tear lettuce into tiny pieces. Add corn chips, cheese, dressing and seasoning mix. Add cooled ground beef. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
