ORANGE GLAZE SWEET POTATOES 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. sliced cooked sweet potatoes

Cook sugars, juice and cornstarch until thickened, stirring constantly; add butter. Pour over potatoes in casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield 4 servings.
