TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 head lettuce
2 tomatoes
1/2 onion
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can kidney beans
1/2 can black olives
1 med. bag Dorito nacho chips
1 lg. Catalina dressing

Brown, drain and cool the hamburger, dehydrated onion and chili powder. Chop the lettuce, tomatoes and onion and combine with the cheese, beans and olives. Combine the hamburger and everything except the chips and dressing and chill overnight. Add the chips and dressing just before serving.
