SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell for 9-in. pie
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 c. grated apples
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten

Sift together vanilla, sour cream, flour, sugar, egg, salt; add apples. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. soft butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine crumble with fingers, sprinkle over top of pie.
