CAULIFLOWER MOROCCO 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 chopped onion
butter
juice of one lemon
1 large head cauliflowerets
garlic, basil, salt and pepper to taste
3 c. cooked brown rice
2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Sauté mushrooms and onion in butter with juice of 1 lemon. Sauté cauliflowerets in butter with garlic, basil, salt & pepper. Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
