STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage meat
1/2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 lbs. fresh mushrooms

Blend together beef, sausage, stuffing, salt, pepper, garlic and water. Stuff each mushroom cap generously. Bake 375 degrees 1/2 hour or until golden brown and tender.
