WONDERFUL STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
This mixture is GREAT also used as a dip or used to stuff Jalapenos!

1 lb. pkg. breakfast sausage (bulk type)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
sage, to taste (optional)
whole fresh mushrooms

Brown a package of breakfast sausage in skillet (you can use the spicy kind if you would like). Add a block of cream cheese and mix until the cream cheese is melted. Add in sage to taste. Hollow out the whole mushrooms. Stuff mixture in mushrooms.

Bake at 350°F until the mushrooms start to sweat, usually about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
