RAISIN SAUCE (FOR HAM) 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vinegar (slowly add)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. seedless raisins

Mix all ingredients and cook over low heat until thick - stirring constantly.
