CABBAGE SUPPER 
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 lg. onion, coarsely chopped
3 celery sticks, cut into 1" pieces
1 med. cabbage, coarsely chopped
3 lg. tomatoes, peeled & quartered or (11 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained & chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. seasoning blend
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 hot sauce
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

Cook sausage, onion and celery in a large Dutch oven until sausage is browned; drain. Add cabbage; cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes. Add tomatoes and next 5 ingredients tossing gently; cook 6 minutes. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Serving 4-6.

I omitted the bacon and added 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and a small can of sauerkraut and put in the crock pot. It is a great winter dish.
