SAUSAGE CABBAGE SKILLET 
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. potato
2 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Muenster cheese
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 tsp. mustard

Melt butter in 10 inch skillet. Add potato, cubed. Cover and cook over low heat until tender, stirring occasionally. Add cabbage; cover and cook over low heat until tender, stirring occasionally. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add sausage, cheese and mustard. Continue cooking until sausage is thoroughly heated.
