CALIFORNIA BUNDT CAKE 
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 c. diced banana
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapples, undrained

Mix dry ingredients. Add bananas, oil, eggs, vanilla and pineapples with juice. Stir to blend well, but do not beat. Pour in a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes. Cool before removing from pan.
