HEARTY REUBEN BAKE 
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. water
2 pkgs. (2 1/2 oz. each) smoked sliced corned beef, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. bottled Thousand Island dressing
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 8 oz.)

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Lightly grease square pan, 8x8x2 inches. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Pat in pan with floured hands.

Arrange corned beef evenly over dough. Mix sauerkraut and dressing; spoon over corned beef. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake until cheese is golden, about 30 minutes. 6 servings.
