SHRIMP SALAD 
2 c. canned shrimp
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. diced celery
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Pepper to taste
Mayonnaise
Salad greens or lettuce
Dill pickle, finely chopped
Egg, hard boiled, thinly sliced

Cut shrimp in half lengthwise. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chill. Then combine above ingredients with celery, seasoning and enough mayonnaise to bind the ingredients together. Pile onto crisp salad greens or lettuce. Garnish with finely chopped dill pickle and sliced hard boiled eggs. Serves 4.
