HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
3 bouillon cubes
2 c. hot water
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. dry red wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. wide noodles, uncooked
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. sour cream

Mix bouillon cubes in hot water. In skillet brown hamburger, onion and garlic powder. Add broth, dry red wine, lemon juice and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in uncooked noodles, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt, dash of pepper, and sour cream. Heat and serve.
