QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 med. onion, sliced 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 tbsp. catsup 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup 2 c. dairy sour cream 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms 3 tbsp. cooking wine 2 1/2 lbs. ground beef Brown ground meat in large skillet. Drain off grease. Add onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms, catsup and Worcestershire sauce and wine. Add to meat, heat through and serve over buttered noodles. |
