HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 lbs. white potatoes, washed, peeled & sliced thin
2 lg. yellow onions, sliced thin
2 lg. green peppers, sliced thin
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes with juice
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 lb. mozzarella cheese

Or 1 med. bag Kraft shredded mozzarella cheese

Butter bottom of 13"x9" pan; place rice in bottom evenly. Add in green peppers, onions in a layer and potatoes. Top with ground beef patted to make an even layer. Add enough water to cover potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done. Top with cheese and place under broiler until lightly brown or melted.
