MUSKETEER BUTTONS 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 grated lemon rind
4 egg yolks
3 3/8 c. flour
Apricot jam

Cream butter and sugar; add lemon rind and egg yolks. Mix in flour. Roll dough into small balls; press thumb gently into center of each. Bake on ungreased baking sheet in 375 degree oven 15 minutes. Fill center with apricot jam and dust with powdered sugar.
