ZESTY CHILI 
2 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 lb. pork
3 med. onions
2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
2 tbsp. sugar
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

Cook and stir meats and onion in large pot until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain. Blend tomatoes lightly in blender. Stir into meats, the tomatoes, kidney beans, liquid, tomato paste and sauce. Add sugar and all the seasonings. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, simmer 1 hour uncovered. Stir in beans, simmer additional 15 minutes or until desired consistency.
