GINGER'S MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley, break with hands
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 fresh clove garlic, minced fine or equiv. powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1/4 c. milk

Mix together and shape into balls and put in sauce.
