“POTATO LEFSA” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  POTATO PANCAKES

POTATO LEFSA 
5 cups mashed potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
3 cups flour

Add salt and butter to potatoes. Refrigerate until cold.

Work flour in well. Roll a small piece into a ball and roll 1/8-inch thin, as you would pie crust.

Bake on hot comal, Lefske griddle or on a cast iron griddle set to 450°F to 500°F.
