HAM AND BISCUIT 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, grated
3/4 c. or more shredded Swiss cheese
3 tsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter, add all other ingredients except Swiss cheese. Spread on rolls, place several thin slices of ham on roll, add Swiss cheese on ham. Put top on roll and heat at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes until cheese is almost melted. Serve hot.
