TUNA POT PIE 
Top and bottom crusts for one 9-inch pie
1 (12 oz.) can chunk tuna
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can potato soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. thyme

Line pie plate with one crust. Combine all the rest of the ingredients (add salt and pepper to taste) and pour into the pie shell. Top with second crust and seal the edges. Slit the top crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Serves 6.
