TUNA SPINACH PIE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 c. scallions or green onions, chopped
8 oz. white cheese, Feta, Monterey Jack
1 can tuna
1/2 tsp. dill
1 or 2 unbaked pie shells
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs

1. Drain the spinach.

2. Mix the first 5 ingredients.

3. Put the mixture in 1 or 2 pie shells.

4. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over the mixture.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
