1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up
1/4 c. sliced onions, green are fine
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained
1 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt; optional
Dash of nutmeg; optional

May use crab or shrimp in place of tuna.

Mix tuna, cheese, cream cheese, onions, and pimento on a pie plate. Beat together 1 minute by hand beater: Bisquick, milk, eggs and if you wish, the salt and nutmeg. Bake 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees. It serves 6-8 people.
