1 c. (2 sticks) butter, melted 2 c. sugar 7 tbsp. cocoa 4 eggs 1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 c. chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine butter, sugar and cocoa. Add eggs one at a time. Add remaining ingredients and mix just until combined. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is firm to the touch. When I make these, I can't keep them. They are gone the same day. They are good! |
