WORLDS BEST MINT BROWNIES 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Hershey chocolate syrup

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Mix. Add flour and salt; mix. Add vanilla and syrup. Mix until chocolate is distributed evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

MINT LAYER:

2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. mint extract
2 drops green food coloring
3 tbsp. milk or less

Mix together and spread on cooled cake.

TOPPING:

1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Melt in microwave or double boiler. Spread over filling. Chill. Use wet knife to cut.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
