CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 c. flour

FILLING:

4 tbsp. butter, softened
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. light cream
1/2 tsp. mint extract plus a few drops of green food coloring

FROSTING:

2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cream butter, sugar and an egg. Add melted chocolate, flour and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch greased pan for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not over bake!!! Cool.

Blend and pour filling mix over cooled brownies. Pour frosting over filling. Place in refrigerator, when firm cut into squares.
