CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients in given order. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

TOPPING #1:
2 c. 10X sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Green food coloring

Mix slowly together. Spread on brownies, let set until hard.

TOPPING #2:
1 c. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Melt slowly together. Pour over frosting and chill.

These are always a big hit at a party. If I'm in a real pinch for time I use a brownie mix (cake like variation) an canned vanilla frosting with mint extract mixed in.
