MINT CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1/4 lb. butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

Bake brownies in 8-inch square pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Frost and let set 15 minutes.

MINT FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter
2 c. XX sugar
1 1/2 tsp. milk
1 tsp. mint extract
2 drops green food coloring

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1 square semi-sweet chocolate
1 tbsp. butter

Melt in small pan. Spread mixture over mint layer. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes, then cut in squares.
