MINT BROWNIE LAYER CAKE 
1ST LAYER:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) Hershey's chocolate syrup
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cake must be cooled for 2nd layer.

2ND LAYER:

2 c. 10X sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
3 tbsp. creme de menthe syrup

Cream butter and sugar, add syrup and whip like frosting. Spread on cooled cake.

3RD LAYER:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Melt together butter and chocolate chips. Stir until well blended and spread on top of frosting. Cut cake into small bars and serve.
