HAM CASSEROLE (KINKKUKIUSAUS) 
10-12 potatoes
1-2 onions
1 lb. ham
Salt and pepper
1-2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. wheat flour
1 c. beef bouillon

Pare potatoes, cut them lengthwise into strips about 1/2 inch thick. Chop onions and ham. Layer potatoes, onions and ham into a greased casserole dish. Start and end with potatoes. Pour beef bouillon over the casserole and cold water mixed with flour, so that potatoes are almost covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are golden brown.
