CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. cooked white rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. croutons
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. slivered almonds

Remove chicken from bone. Fold all ingredients together except croutons. Place in shallow baking dish, sprinkle croutons on top and bake for 1/2 hour at 300 degrees.
