EASY CHEESECAKE 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 lb. sugar (2 1/4 c.)
6 oz. white chocolate, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Gradually add sugar. Mix well, then add melted chocolate. Bake in a pan set in water at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour then 300 degrees for 1 hour.
