ORANGE CHEESE SALAD 
2 cans crushed pineapple
2/3 c. sugar
1 lg. orange Jello
2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar or Velveeta cheese
1 c. nuts
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix sugar and pineapple and bring to boil. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Add cold water and stir. Add cheese and nuts; stir.

Let chill until slightly thick. Add Cool Whip.
