20 oz. pkg. Oreos (crushed)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) whipped topping

Cream together cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Mix this with most of the crushed cookies and place on bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. This will be the crust. Whip together the French vanilla pudding, milk and vanilla; pour over crust.

Mix whipped topping with remaining cookies to look "dirty". Spread over pudding mixture. Cool at least an hour before serving.
