LOW CALORIE VEGETABLE SOUP 
3 qts. water
1 qt. tomato juice
3 vegetable bouillon cubes
6 beef bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. onion flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 green pepper, chopped
5 stalks of celery, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can green beans

Combine water, tomato juice, vegetable bouillon cubes, beef bouillon cubes, onion flakes, salt and pepper and bring to a boil, add rest of vegetables, bring to a boil again. Then simmer for 3 hours. Contains 35 calories per cup.
