ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fresh asparagus (blanched) or 1 can of asparagus
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sharp grated cheese
2 c. bread cubes, toasted & buttered
1 can mushroom soup

Place asparagus in bottom of buttered casserole. Cover with mushroom soup, then grated cheese. Top with bread cubes and press into cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
