JUMBO MEAT BALLS 
3 tbsp. shortening
1 lb. chopped beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 pimento, diced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. fine dried bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 can water

Preheat fry pan at 325 degrees. Mix all the ingredients except the shortening, tomato soup and water. Form 9 large meat balls from this mixture.

Melt the shortening in the preheated pan and brown the meat balls on all sides. Add the tomato soup and water. Cover and cook at 225 degrees about 25-30 minutes. Serves 8.
