CELERY REGAL 
8 c. celery, diced and cooked slightly
1 can celery soup
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. almonds
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. buttered crumbs

Melt butter, stir in almonds and brown slightly. Add other ingredients except crumbs. Put in a buttered casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover for 35 minutes. Uncover the last 10 minutes.
