CELERY CASSEROLE 
4 c. celery, cut up and cooked, drain well
1 can celery soup (cream)
1 sm. can Carnation evaporated milk
1/2 c. pecans, cut up
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together celery, soup, evaporated milk, pecans and pour into an oven-proof casserole. Cover with crushed crackers and melted butter mixed together. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
