BUTTERMILK CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornbread quick mix
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. oil

Combine above ingredients, mix well. Grease 8 inch iron skillet or muffin tins and bake 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees.

Baking time for recipe is wrong. It needs to bake 25-30 minutes. The bread did turn out good. The minutes given would be correct for muffins.
