MICROWAVE SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. milk
Butter

Peel and thinly slice 6 medium potatoes. Arrange in 3 quart glass casserole. Sprinkle on 1 tablespoon flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 cup onion. Pour 1 1/2 cups milk over all. Dot with butter. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Stir and microwave for 10 minutes more or until potatoes are tender. Can add Cheese Whiz and microwave 2 minutes more.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
