FRANKFURTER STEW 
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. all-beef franks
1 (4 oz.) pkg. peas and carrots, frozen
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Dash of garlic
Dash of celery salt
Dash of parsley flakes
Dash of thyme
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients except for franks and vegetables. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cut franks and boil. Add franks and vegetables. Simmer 5-10 minutes more until vegetables are tender.
