5 HOUR STEW 
3 lb. beef roast, cut up
1 lg. can tomatoes
3 onions, quartered
4-6 potatoes, quartered
3 carrots, cut bite size
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 slice bread, cut up
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of rosemary
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of marjoram
Dash of thyme

Place all ingredients in large casserole. Cover and bake 275 degrees for 5 hours. Enjoy!
