NEW POTATO SALAD 
10 sm. new potatoes (2 lbs.)
Salt to taste
4 eggs
1 celery rib, finely chopped (2 tbsp.)
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 c. good quality mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. sweet mustard
Ground pepper to taste

Cook unpeeled potatoes. Boil eggs. Drain potatoes and cut in fourths then add shelled eggs, diced. Add celery and parsley. In separate bowl mix other ingredients. (May add bacon bits and green onion. Pour mix over potatoes, toss and season to taste. Eat either warm or cold.
